Dr. Victoria Deguzman is the Assistant Director for Programs and Engagement at the Institute of Transportation Studies – Irvine. In this position she leads the event, workforce development, stakeholder and policy engagement, communications, and student programs for ITS-Irvine and is a member of the policy and engagement team for the University of California Institute of Transportation Studies.
